Educational Qualification

Junior Engineer (Civil): Candiddate Should have Minimum three years Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognised Institute or University or Board with minimum 65% of marks (55% for SC/ST/PwBD) or Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognised University with 55% marks (45% for SC/ST/PwBD).

Junior Engineer (Electrical): Candiddate Should have Minimum three years Diploma in Electrical or Electrical and Electronic Engineering from a recognized Institute or University or Board with minimum 65% of marks (55% for SC/ST/PwBD) or Degree in Electrical or Electrical and Electronic Engineering from a recognized University with 55% marks (45% for SC/ST/PwBD).

Age Limit

  • Minimum 20 years and Maximum 30 years. However, relaxation in upper age limit for categories like SC/ ST/ OBC/ PwBD etc. as per Government guidelines shall be applicable.

RBI JE Posts Recruitment Selection Process

Online Examination (CBT):
The test will comprise sections on Reasoning, English Language, General Awareness, and domain-specific Professional Knowledge.

Language Proficiency Test (LPT):
Applicants are required to exhibit proficiency in the local language of the state or union territory they are applying for.

RBI JE Posts Recruitment Application Fee

  • Rs.50/- plus 18% GST for SC/ST/PwBD/EXS (Intimation Charges).
  • Rs.450/- plus 18% GST for OBC/General/EWS candidates (Exam Fee + Intimation Charges).
  • Staff candidates are exempted from payment of examination fee and intimation charges.
  • Bank Transaction charges for Online Payment of examination fees/intimation charges will have to be borne by the candidate.

About Reserve Bank of India

The Reserve Bank of India was established on April 1, 1935 in accordance with the provisions of the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934.
